Making Animatics...
Things are really coming along on the Star Wars movie. I have made a few animatics and am getting ready for the big post-production heck ahead. All I have to say is, thanks heavens for freeware.

Okay, here's the answer to last month's poll question. Before I give the answer I will give a brief history, because it was really a trick question. Esentially the first home computer was the Apple in 1976. Ther in lies the trick. The PC was born in (drum roll) 1981 by IBM. The Apple really has never been considered a PC. So there you have it.
Okay, I did it again. And I think I can live with the changes this time. Aside from totally reworking the engine from scratch, I have made several additions. Here we go
After years of speculation and pre-production, our movie finally makes it to film (sort of). We're using fancy pants digital filming technology (a fifty dollar camera) and trial software to pull together the best Star Wars movie since Episode II (I hope). Shooting began in early April and has trudged on slowly. We have been trying to rig up camera tracks (nothing decent yet), but the one thing that is done is the lightsaber fight. It's AWESOME!!! We couldn't wait for post-production to pull that one together (it's almost all spruced up :-). We will hopefully be done with the whole thing by the end of summer. Then comes Episode VIII.
